Pastor Karen Woods Bio

Pastor Karen Woods is the founding Pastor of New Creation Christian Church, in Charlotte, NC. She is married and has one son. Pastor Woods is the former owner of the Karen Woods Insurance Agency Inc., which was a vehicle God   used to win many souls to Christ. Pastor Woods is a dynamic speaker, and highly sought after conference facilitator. In addition to her Pastoral duties, she is the founder of H.O.P.E. Inc., (Helping Others Pursue Excellence) A 501-C outreach ministry that impacts the total community through education opportunities and life skills training. Pastor Woods is the first African American to receive the US Senator Jesse Helms Citizen of the Year Award for her contributions to the community and to her faith. She also serves as a child advocate for students with learning disabilities. Pastor Woods is a Founding Executive of the Sugar Creek Charter School, which serves the Charlotte community. She previously served as an arbitrator for the Mecklenburg Bar Association. Her ministry is to win the lost and wandering to Christ by building an army for Jesus.

Pastor Woods recently stepped down as pastor of New Creation Christian Church, and moved into the office of The Apostle.
